• To hire a vehicle from us please book in advance.
• Upon booking you will need to provide proof of identity.
• Photo card licenses must be produced WITH the
• paper counterpart.
• Two additional forms of ID, e.g. utility bills, passport,
• council tax bill etc must be shown.
• Drivers must be over 21.
• You must have passed your test for at least a
• year for insurance purposes.
• A holding deposit of £100 if CDW is taken, if not the
• deposit required is £500.
• Please leave the van as you find it.

Please refuel the vehicle to the level of fuel in the tank at the time your hire started or there will be a refuelling charge of £10.00 plus the cost of the fuel. The fuel level is indicated on your check sheet. Strictly NO refunds will be given for returning the vehicle with more fuel than collected.
